Know Your Property is Protected With Our Guarantees

We understand that entrusting one of your most valuable assets to someone is a very important and difficult decision. That is why we are here to answer any questions you may have.

You pay no management fee if the tenant does not pay rent.

If your tenant defaults on lease within 3 months, we will replace the tenant free of charge. If your tenant defaults on lease within 6 months, we will replace the tenant for 35% of the rental amount as a procurement fee.

*Exceptions: If a tenant moves out due to one of the following reasons we still charge our normal procurement fee to replace the tenant; Military-ordered relocations, and early termination on the owner's part.
