We offer a full range of Atlanta property management services tailored to you as an investor, homeowner, or landlord. We have an extensive portfolio of single family homes, townhouses, condos, and apartments in the Atlanta area.

Do you offer any additional services?
- General Liability Coverage $1,000,000, cost $15.17 a month
- Landlord Protection, $445 plus tax a year, can be paid monthly
- Loss of Rent 4 weeks- 25 weeks of coverage depending on reasoning, with a max of $3,000 per month, rent must be greater than $1,000 per month
- Tenant Skip (Lease Break) 8 weeks
- Tenant Delinquency (Eviction Order Granted) 10 weeks
- Tenant Delinquency (Writ of Possession obtained) 12 weeks
- Tenant Murder or Suicide (25 weeks)
- Malicious Damage to building and/or contents $35,000 max
- Theft or damage due to theft to building and/or contents $15,000 max
- Eviction filing fee, Eviction defense cost $5,000 max
- Sheriff, Marshall, or Constable fees $600 max
- Service and/or companion animal damage $1,000 max
- Re-keying or locks $400 max

Who handles maintenance requests?
Our team coordinates all maintenance requests. We work with trusted vendors to ensure repairs are completed quickly and cost-effectively, keeping your property in excellent condition. -

Yes, if you prefer to handle repairs personally or have a preferred vendor, we’re happy to accommodate your request.

How do you handle rent collection?
We make rent collection seamless by offering tenants multiple payment options and enforcing strict policies for timely payments. Rent is deposited directly into your account each month. -
Do you provide financial reports?
Yes! You can access detailed financial reports through your secure owner portal. This includes income statements, expense reports, and year-end summaries for tax preparation.
Lease and Legal Compliance

What happens if a tenant stops paying rent?
If a tenant fails to pay rent, we begin the eviction process on day 11 of the month. Our team manages the process from start to finish to ensure compliance with local laws and minimize your financial loss. -
Do you handle lease renewals?
Yes. We review current market conditions, communicate with tenants, and negotiate lease renewals to secure the best terms for your property.

What fees do you charge?
